The process of toothbrushes
- Use the injection moulding machine to make the Plastic and handle mould to make the toothbrush handle;
- Take the toothbrush handle through the air-pressure hot stamping machine together with fiat brass wire to setting the toothbrush handle;
- Use the toothbrush tufting machine to tuft the filaments;
- Use the trimming machine to trim the filaments;
- Use the blister machine to make the model of the toothbrush,then put the toothbrush in it ,and use the frequency machine to finish the packing.

The process of brushes
- Use the plastic injection machine to make the brush handle;
- If the brush handle didn’t have the holes ,use the drilling machine to drill holes ,then use the tufting machine to tuft the filaments in the holes;if the brush handle already have the holes ,just need use the tufting machine to tuft the filaments directly;
- Use the trimming machine to trim the filaments;
- Use the splitting machine to split the brush filaments if possible.
